Terms of Sale
Last updated October 31, 2026
These terms apply to orders placed with JRShub through www.jrshub.com. By submitting an order, you agree to them. Questions: sales@jrshub.com or 919-535-6546.
1. How ordering works
Submitting an order on this site is a request to purchase, like a purchase order. It isn’t a binding sale until:
- we review and accept it (confirming availability and pricing),
- you approve the proof of your imprint, and
- we receive payment of the invoice.
Without payment, there is no production. We place your order with our supplier for production only after your invoice is paid in full.
2. Prices
Prices shown are per piece and include setup and the imprint described, unless noted. They’re held for 30 days from when you submit your order, or until our supplier’s current price list expires, whichever comes first. If an order can’t be approved at the shown price (for example, after a supplier price change), we’ll tell you before you pay, and you can accept the new price or cancel at no cost.
Sales tax is added to your invoice based on where the order ships, unless you provide a valid exemption certificate that we accept.
3. Proofs
We send a digital proof before production. Please check it carefully: spelling, colors, size and placement. Production follows the approved proof exactly, and we aren’t responsible for errors in a proof you approved.
Colors on screens and proofs are approximate. Ink colors are matched as closely as the decoration method allows, and slight variation between proof, product and batches is normal.
4. Your artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, text and images you send us, and that reproducing them doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. You agree to cover any claims, costs and damages that arise if this isn’t the case. We may decline artwork we believe infringes others’ rights or is unlawful or offensive.
5. Payment
After you approve your proof, we send an invoice payable by card or bank transfer (ACH) through QuickBooks Payments. Production starts once the invoice is paid in full.
6. Production and delivery
Production times are estimates that start after payment, and they don’t include shipping time. If you need your order by a certain date, tell us when you order; an in-hands date is guaranteed only if we confirm it to you in writing.
Shipping to one address in the contiguous United States is free. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, additional addresses, or by expedited service is quoted separately. Orders ship directly from our supplier.
Decoration processes can occasionally produce slightly more or fewer pieces than ordered. If your shipment is short, we’ll credit or refund the difference.
7. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order at no charge any time before you pay the invoice. Once payment is received and production has started, your order is custom-made for you and can’t be cancelled or changed.
8. Defects, damage and returns
Because products are decorated with your imprint, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re defective or don’t match your approved proof.
Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within 10 days of delivery about any defect, error, shortage or shipping damage, with photos. If the problem is ours or our supplier’s, we’ll reprint, credit, or refund the affected items, at our option. Please keep damaged items and packaging until the claim is resolved.
9. Tax-exempt orders
To buy tax-free, upload a valid exemption certificate with your order. We verify it before invoicing. If it can’t be accepted, sales tax will be added to your invoice.
10. Your account
Signing in uses one-time links sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in to your account and see your orders.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or the cost of a missed event, including from late delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you submit an order applies to that order.
