Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping address, purchase order number, delivery date, and any notes. Also the artwork you upload, and if you claim tax exemption, your exemption certificate.

When you sign in: your email address. We email you a one-time sign-in link; we don’t use or store passwords for customer accounts.

Automatically: your browser’s network (IP) address, used briefly to protect the site against abuse (for example, limiting repeated sign-in requests), and the cookies described below.

Payments: invoices are paid through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit). Your card or bank details go to Intuit, not to us or this website.

2. How we use it

• To review, produce, invoice, ship and support your orders, including sending proofs, invoices and shipping updates.
• To show you your order history when you sign in.
• To keep business, accounting and tax records, and to verify tax exemptions.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to, and we don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order and run this site, each for that purpose only:

• Product suppliers and decorators receive your artwork, imprint details and shipping address to produce and ship your order.
• Shipping carriers receive your shipping address and contact details.
• Intuit (QuickBooks) for invoicing and payments.
• GoDaddy, which hosts this website and its database.
• Resend, which delivers our order and sign-in emails.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

4. Cookies

We use only cookies that the site needs to work. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

• Session cookie: remembers your cart and protects forms against forgery. Lasts up to 30 days.
• Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in to your account after you use a sign-in link. Lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
• Admin cookie: used only by JRShub staff.

Because we don’t track you across other websites, browser “Do Not Track” signals don’t change how this site behaves.

5. How long we keep it

• Order records, including customer and shipping details: as long as needed for your orders, reorders, and our accounting and tax obligations.
• Uploaded artwork and proofs: kept with the order so we can reprint or reorder for you. Ask us and we’ll delete them once your order is complete.
• Unfinished carts are deleted after 60 days. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are deleted within a day.

6. How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Uploaded artwork, proofs and exemption certificates are encrypted when stored. Admin access is password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@jrshub.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as invoices and tax records.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
